Carolinas Hiring is the brainchild of Chad Miller. An industry veteran with 20+ years of talent acquisition & human resources under his belt.
"Like most, I fell into recruiting. For me, it was while working as an HR generalist that I found myself gravitating to the stuff in HR that most folks didn't like to do- managing job postings, reviewing and screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. I worked for a few years as an HR generalist focusing on recruiting. After a few years, I moved into a dedicated recruiting role where I found my passion - and I've been in this space since."
Chad built Carolinas Hiring as an answer to the call for help that most small & mid-sized companies in the Carolinas are looking for. There seems to be understaffing at every turn, and there's a vast amount of talent that either gets picked up by a corporate giant, or not using their degree at all.
This eventually can lead to the shut-down of business here.
Chad's made it his mission to give these companies not only a platform, but a community. Carolinas Hiring is exactly that.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many companies do you work with, and can you ensure we won't get de-prioritized for bigger clients?
We're currently limited to working with 100 companies at a time, this way we can provide an even platform for small and medium-sized companies, and give you a fair shot at grabbing your new talent. You will not be moved out of the way for someone else.
How much do career events at colleges cost? Why should we let you do them for us?
Each event usually would run you in between $3,000 & $5,000 per. We attend 15+ events criss-crossing North and South Carolina for you, for what would typically only buy you a spot at 2 or 3 universities. With this, we also provide you unlimited job postings, a 2-way talent community where you can communicate directly with your target new-hire.
When you say early career talent, what majors do you target?
It's a little bit of a list here, but our focus is people with degrees in business, computer science, communications, engineering, math and statistics, marketing, and similar roles.
The positions these new-hires would fill are in the area of analyst, sales and business development, marketing, engineering, coordinators, and project/program management.
We specifically target the people you need to keep the machine greased for success at your company.
How are you different from those other job boards where I can post free jobs?
Free job-posting sites put you at a disadvantage for two reasons; there are thousands of other job postings, and several companies that are paying to sponsor. It's easy to get lost or buried underneath everyone else.
At Carolinas Hiring, you get your own even share of the spotlight, and you're not competing with a potential tens-of-thousands of different companies, all targeting the same talent you're looking for.
